Pastafarian "Stéphane Guisard has been living in Chile since 1994 where he works as Optics engineer" and if you look he has a fairly nice rig to take the pictures that he does. I do have enough warm clothes to handle the temperatures at that altitude but I can get pretty much the same view at a much lower altitude where I can breathe more easily.
